I wanted to make our Instructional Design team meetings more engaging, and spark some creativity across the team – so I took the initiative to bring back Share & Learns. For my Share & Learn, I shared with my team how to navigate, create lessons, and create themes in Rise. After my presentation, I prompted my team to create a Rise course, and share it with the team once completed.

I decided to write the course on Olivia Rodrigo because she is a huge influence in pop culture – especially at the time. It was a fun way for me to combine all the social media and TikTok stories about Olivia into something an easy-to-digest package.
